Using pregnancy safe aromatherapy, focused massage techniques, and acupressure, this session supports relaxation, grounding, and gentle preparation for what's ahead. Because the more at ease you are going in, the better.

Postpartum massage supports your healing, restores your alignment, relieves the neck and shoulder tension that comes with nursing and carrying your baby, and gives you an hour that is entirely yours.

Craniosacral Therapy works with a subtle rhythm that runs through your entire body, using an incredibly light touch to help your nervous system reset and your body release what it's been holding.
