Restorative Reiki is an energy healing session that works on a level beyond the physical. I facilitate a space where your body, mind, and spirit can receive exactly what they need.
Every session begins with crystals placed intentionally on the body, followed by a guided meditation to ground you into stillness before the session begins. Because Reiki works in silence, and silence deserves a proper arrival.
From there, hands may hover above or rest gently on the body. Energy is moved, cleared, and restored. What no longer serves you has space to go. What you've been needing has space to come in.
People leave feeling peaceful. Lighter. Like something they couldn't name has quietly shifted. Many describe an overwhelming sense of unconditional love and connection to something greater than themselves. Some receive clarity on situations they've been struggling to understand. Others simply feel held in a way they haven't in a long time.
I don't promise specific outcomes. Energy goes where it's needed. But one thing has been consistent. People leave different than they arrived.
