We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed altogether, will be charged the full price of the session. If you're running late, we'll do our best to fit in as much of your session as we can, but we may need to end on time to respect the next client's appointment.
A card on file is required to save any appointment. You won't be charged unless the cancellation policy above applies. Reclaiming Your Body Process requires a deposit to hold your spot.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Reclaiming Your Body Process offers payment plans, ask us for details before booking. Sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased, though we're happy to work with you on rescheduling if something comes up.
If you're currently working with a therapist, we'll ask for their referral or permission before beginning Reiki + Inner Work or Reclaiming Your Body Process together. This isn't a barrier, it's how we make sure the work we do here supports what's already in place for you, rather than working against it.
Everything offered at Good Land Healing Arts is meant to work alongside your medical and mental health care, not replace it. We're not able to diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice for any condition. If you're currently under the care of a doctor or therapist, please continue that care alongside anything we do together here.
If you're running late, please reach out as soon as you know. Regardless of notice, arriving late means your session will end at its originally scheduled time so the next client is not affected. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time without any notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session rate will be charged.
Good Land Healing Arts is a professional, therapeutic practice. Any sexual behavior directed toward the practitioner is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes:
If this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, the full session fee will be charged, the client will be permanently prohibited from future bookings, and the incident will be documented. Law enforcement will be notified if the behavior appears criminal.
