Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session rate. Your appointment remains active until you receive written confirmation from Good Land Healing Arts.
If you're running late, please reach out as soon as you know. Regardless of notice, arriving late means your session will end at its originally scheduled time so the next client is not affected. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time without any notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session rate will be charged.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, intake forms, and a timely start. Open communication is encouraged. Share your needs, preferences, and feedback before, during, or after your session.
I am not a licensed medical provider and cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Good Land Healing Arts is a professional, therapeutic practice. Any sexual behavior directed toward the practitioner is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes:
If this occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, the full session fee will be charged, the client will be permanently prohibited from future bookings, and the incident will be documented. Law enforcement will be notified if the behavior appears criminal.
Gratuity is not expected or required. It is already reflected in my pricing. Your booking is more than enough. If you'd like to show your appreciation, a Google review or a referral means more than anything.
Card payments only. Payment is due at the time of service or in advance, depending on the service.
