Maybe you're dealing with pain that shows up again and again, fatigue that doesn't lift, or bloating and brain fog that make you feel like a stranger in your own body. Maybe it's the helplessness of not knowing why your body won't do what you need it to, or the hopelessness that creeps in when you've done everything right and still feel lost. You've seen the doctors and pieced together some answers, slowly learning how to manage it all. But it still feels like you're pushing, pushing, pushing, and somewhere in there, you've wondered why this is happening to you at all. You're tired of just coping. You're ready to actually understand what's underneath it.
That understanding is possible. I know, because I had to find that out for myself.
I dealt with pain like this since I was a kid, and in my 20s, a fibroid finally gave it a name. I tried everything to manage it on my own for years, until I finally made the decision to have it removed. But surgery only handled the physical part. Before and after that, I did the deeper work, going into my own history, understanding what my body had actually been holding onto, and releasing it. That same work carried me through the months that followed. Shortly after, I got pregnant.
I'm not offering you something I read about. I'm offering you what worked for me.
Over 8 to 12 hours, spread across a few sessions within two weeks, we start with what's weighing on you the most right now. In the first sessions, we trace it back to where it truly began. From there, the rest of our time together is spent working through it, piece by piece, releasing what's no longer serving you.
What's left is the most true, authentic version of you. From there, we look forward, real clarity, and new goals to build toward.
This work doesn't replace therapy or medical care. If you're currently working with a therapist, we'll ask for their referral or permission before beginning together. This process supports what your doctors and therapists are already doing, it isn't a substitute for either.
Includes the full 8 to 12 hour process, spread across multiple sessions within two weeks. Payment plans available.
