Most change work only addresses one level. Therapy works on your conscious mind: your thoughts, your stories, what you tell yourself. That's real work. But your limiting beliefs, your emotional wounds, your nervous system patterns? They live in the unconscious mind.

So you shift your thoughts. You feel better for a week. Then the old feeling comes back. The one that says you're not safe, you can't trust, you're alone. And then boom. You're back where you started.

Real transformation requires working on both levels at the same time. When you do, the change is permanent because it's coming from the actual root. That's what this work does.

This Is Not Therapy

This is coaching. It's forward-focused, not past-focused. I'm not here to process your trauma or help you understand why it happened. I'm here to find the root of what's driving your current patterns and release it so you can move forward. If you're working with a therapist for a diagnosed condition or in active crisis, that's an important container, and this work is complementary to it, not a replacement.

Who this is not for

And that's okay. Not everything is for everyone.

This isn't for you if you're looking for someone to tell you what to do. If you want to talk about your problems without actually changing them. If you're not ready to take responsibility for your own life. Or if you're expecting overnight results with zero effort on your end.

If any of that is true, we're probably not the right fit right now. And that's not a judgment.

What to expect

What actually happens in a session?

I start by identifying what you want to work on. Not the surface story, but what's actually driving it. Then I use a combination of NLP techniques and somatic awareness to go into the unconscious mind, find the root, and release the emotional charge attached to it. It's experiential, not just conversational.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is typically past-focused and works primarily with the conscious mind: your thoughts, your stories, your understanding of what happened. This coaching is forward-focused and works with the unconscious mind directly. I'm not here to process or understand your patterns. I'm here to release them.

How many sessions will I need?

The Shift is a single session for one focused issue. Return to Self is 8–12 hours spread across several sessions and addresses the full pattern system. Most people find Return to Self is where the real transformation happens.

Do I need to be in crisis to work with you?

No. You just need to be done with the pattern. Whether you're in acute pain or just tired of the same old loop. Both are valid reasons to start.

Is this done in person or virtually?

All coaching is done virtually via video call. You can be anywhere.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing except showing up. You don't need to have it all figured out before our first conversation.
