The Work

What we work on across six sessions

Across six sessions, the work moves through the layers of who you are and what you've been carrying. Not in a rigid order, but guided by what's ready to move.

Healing specific experiences on your life timeline. The moments, big and small, that left something behind.
Ancestral and pre-birth healing. The things you came in carrying that were never yours to begin with.
Connecting to divine love. An experience of being held, known, and loved at a level that goes beyond anything human.
Deep spiritual nourishment. Filling what has been depleted for a long time.
Physical and emotional patterns stored in the body. What the mind has processed but the body still remembers.
Connection to something greater than yourself. Finding your way back to the thread that was always there.

How It Works

Six sessions. Six weeks. One continuous arc.

Six Restorative Reiki sessions, completed within six weeks. Each session is guided by what comes up for you: your energy, your patterns, what's ready to move. No two sessions are the same because healing doesn't work in a straight line.

What is consistent is the space. Every session creates the same intentional, sacred container: crystals, guided meditation, silence, and energy that goes exactly where it needs to go.

Over six weeks, the work deepens. Each session builds on the last. What was hard to access in week one becomes more available in week three. What felt stuck begins to loosen. What felt distant begins to feel close.
